Bangladesh Power Company Calling for CFLs « Change a light bulb and change the world: "The government run power company of Bangkadesh, Dhaka Electric Supply Authority (DESA), is calling for all kitchen markets, corner stores, and showrooms to install CFLs. Only July 1 the chairmen of DESA held a large meeting with tall the various trade organizations where he laid out the new CFL policy. Many trade organizations have signed on to the new policy and after the meeting they toured several facilities that have switched to CFLs."
